Blanche sent Geran to crush the Divas family to claim Arkin's life. Loryn was defeated and banished from Ishmeria.
While Erin attacked Loryn, Ander took the opportunity to destroy the Tate family. Eadric also planned to attack Tate's 24:Linden. Terian offered an alliance to Eadric but the former was killed in
the defeat against Ander in the battle of 14:Cardyf. Eadric understood that Tudoria would be Lyle's next target and therefore he agreed to the alliance. He also sent Alex to attack the King and the southeast.
One year later, Tate's defence at 23:Attley and 24:Linden were shattered. Ander captured Bryan, Terian's eldest son, but could not win the gem under Eadric's intervention.
The power of Lankshire weakened further. The King was old and ill, but his heir remained unknown. Even worse, one year later, the King signed a permanant alliance with Eadric under horrible terms involving land surrender. There were even rumours that the King would formally declare Eadric as his primary successor when 'the day comes'.
At the night before the day of Eselred's 56th birthday, the news from Lankshire shocked the whole Ishmeria: the King died from 'an unknown disease' and Elford would inherit the crown. Eadric immediately pointed his finger at Elford and Karla - suspects for murdering the King..........
